TERMS & CONDITIONS

Registration: You must register in order to bid and to preview items.  A valid driver’s license is required.  Bidder is responsible for all items sold to their number.

  Inspection:  You may inspect vehicles for auction from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm on Friday prior to the auction and from 7:00 am to 8:00 am the day of the auction.  NO TAMPERING by law.

  Bidding: Bidding is open to anyone who has a registered number and each item is sold to the highest bidder unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer.  The auctioneer will announce the item is “sold”, the “price”, and the successful “bidder number”.  Any disputes with the bid, must be brought to the auctioneer’s attention at this time.  Once an item has been sold to your number you are legally obligated to complete the purchase.  Do not bid if you are not willing or able to fully pay for the items.  All sales are final!

  Online Bidding:  If you choose to bid for lots online you may, however, keep in mind that there is a 2% charge on top of all fee’s already established by Affiliated Auctioneers.

  Payment:  Required payment in full of all purchases on auction day.  Cash and cashiers checks will be accepted.  Personal or business checks will be accepted only if we have a Bank Letter of Guarantee of file specifically guaranteeing payment to Affiliated Auctioneers.  We do not accept credit cards.  Wire transferred are excepted as well, however a $10 charge needs to be added to the total of the invoice to cover cost of the wire transfer.

  Fees: A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be accessed on all lots in the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer.  All yard items have a $50 processing fee- unless announced otherwise by the Auctioneer. Misc. items have a $10 processing fee, and personal property has a $7.50 processing fee. Removal items must not be moved until paid in full.  All sales are AS IS/WHERE IS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!

  Item Pick Up:  All items need to be removed from the yard as soon as possible.  Keep in mind that no item purchased will be released until FULL payment has been received for those items.  Each bidder will have until the following Monday, after the sale, to pick up their items.  After that storage fee’s will start to incur for the items left after that time.  The storage fee will consist of $10 dollars a day, per lot left on the yard. Those storage fee’s will have to be paid in full before the item will be released to the buyer.
